Lourdes Diaz is our newest member to the Physical Therapy Now corporate staff although she is new to the position, Lourdes began working for Physical therapy Now back in 2018 as a Physical Therapist Assistant for a franchise center. Prior to her becoming a PTA Lourdes has acquired a diverse professional background with a combined 18 years of experience in customer service, sales, healthcare as well as managerial positions.  account management, proofreading medical notes, sale, finance, Human Resources and Accounting. As part of the franchise success team, Ms. Diaz helps  remove barriers, obstacles and see what you might miss in our clinics day to day operations. Ms. Diaz also serves as a franchise sales consultant and ensures that the development of each PTNOW® facility, from build-out to the opening, meets our quality standards and brand compliance.
