Hector and Yennifer Sanchez are the dedicated husband-and-wife team behind the Carrollwood location of Physical Therapy Now. With over 10 years of marriage and a wealth of business experience, they’ve managed a successful landscape business, owned a mental health facility, and partnered with a medical center, which has given them a broad skill set in business operations and healthcare. Their passion for helping others led them to seek a franchise that aligns with their values, and they found Physical Therapy Now to be the perfect fit. The couple is excited to bring the franchise to the rapidly growing Tampa area, aiming to provide personalized care and foster strong connections within the community. Their goal is to support patients in achieving their best physical health in a welcoming and supportive environment.

Mrs. Tara Taylor Hahn, Physical Therapist

We are thrilled to introduce Mrs. Tara Taylor Hahn, our newest addition to the team! With over 20 years of experience in the field of physical therapy, Mrs. Taylor Hahn brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our clinic. A proud graduate of the University of Florida, she earned her Master’s in Physical Therapy in 2002. Prior to that, she completed her Bachelor’s of Science in Sports and Exercise Science with an emphasis in Movement Therapy at Stetson University, in 2000. Throughout her impressive career, Mrs. Taylor Hahn has gained valuable experience working in outpatient clinics, where she specialized in treating geriatric patients as well as those with orthopedic and neurological diagnoses. In addition, she spent several years offering home care services, expanding her ability to work with patients in a variety of settings. In her role with us, Mrs. Taylor Hahn will be responsible for evaluating and treating patients, developing and implementing individualized care plans to help them safely return to functional mobility. We are excited to learn from her, grow together as a team, and continue providing the best care to our patients.

Mr. Angel Lara, Physical Therapist Assistant

We are thrilled to welcome Mr. Angel Lara as the newest member of our team, joining us as a Physical Therapist Assistant. Mr. Lara graduated in 2018 from South University, where he earned his PTA license. His passion for physical therapy was sparked by years of playing sports, combined with his own personal experiences seeking therapy, which inspired him to pursue a career in this field. Mr. Lara brings with him a wealth of experience, having worked in both fast-paced outpatient clinic settings and in home health. His diverse background allows him to approach patient care with a well-rounded perspective and a deep understanding of the physical and emotional aspects of recovery. We are excited to have Mr. Lara join our team, where he will have the opportunity to not only contribute his skills and knowledge but also to grow professionally alongside our skilled leading Physical Therapist. His enthusiasm for learning and developing his expertise makes him a perfect fit for our clinic, and we look forward to seeing the positive impact he will have on our patients’ rehabilitation journeys.

Ms. Arianna Irizarry, Front Desk Administrator

We are excited to introduce Ms. Arianna Irizarry as the newest member of our team! Ms. Irizarry will be stepping into the role of Front Desk Administrator, and we are thrilled to have her on board. Ms. Irizarry comes to us with a strong foundation in patient engagement, scheduling, and utilizing our EMR system effectively. As a current college student studying Business Management, she is eager to learn and grow in the field of clinic management. We are confident that her skills and enthusiasm will be a great asset to our team. Our goal is to support Ms. Irizarry in gaining valuable experience and knowledge as she works with us. We look forward to helping her develop her skills for the future, and we are excited to grow alongside her as she contributes to the success of our clinic.

Ms. Vionda Guerrero, Marketing Representative

Please join us in welcoming Ms. Vionda Guerrero, also known as Vi, to our team as our new Marketing Representative! We are thrilled to have Ms. Guerrero on board as she brings a wealth of experience in hospitality, along with excellent customer service skills and a natural talent for connecting with clients. Having experienced physical therapy herself after a traumatic accident, Vi is uniquely able to empathize with patients and understands their journey firsthand. She will be the face of our networking events, helping us attract new patients and expand our community.
