Steve Englander, Physical Therapist

Steve Englander has 24 years experience as a Physical Therapist. Steve’s clinical experience is in outpatient, orthopedic physical therapy and he has a passion for teaching and assisting people on their journey to good health. Additionally, Steve has expertise in healthcare leadership and program development. Customer satisfaction and positive patient outcomes are the priority for Steve in his professional life. Outside of work Steve enjoys mountain and gravel biking, weight training, woodworking, gardening and other outdoor pursuits.

Aaron Vancil, Physical Therapist Assistant

Aaron Vancil has been practicing as a Physical Therapy Assistant in Northwest Arkansas (NWA) for 26 years.  He enjoys the challenges and rewards of getting people back to work, to play, and to living.  Aaron holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology from Drury College and an Associates of Applied Science in Physical Therapy Assistant from Northwest Arkansas Community College.  Aaron was born in Michigan, but was raised in Benton county.  He enjoys all the outdoor experiences NWA has to offer as well as spending time with family and friends.

Lacey Tidwell, Office Manager

Lacey Tidwell has been a resident of Northwest Arkansas for 14 years.  She is married with 3 children, ages 17, 14, and 13.  She graduated from Northeastern Oklahoma with an Associates Degree in Applied Science in Nursing.  She has 7 years of experience as an office manager working for a Nephology practice.  Lacey enjoys attending her children’s sporting events, exercising, and cooking.

Adam & Hillary Bokker, Owners

Adam and Hillary Bokker have been in healthcare for the last 12 years working with aging adults in the home care field.  Over the years,  outpatient physical therapy referrals have helped families and aging adults remain independent and active.  We believe outpatient physical therapy is another opportunity to serve families and the healthcare community in Northwest Arkansas.  The mission of Physical Therapy Now Bentonville is to create a space for people to connect with an experienced therapy team and celebrate the wellness breakthrough.
