Ensuring that Physical Therapy Holdings meet or exceed it financial goals is at the heart of the company’s development approach. As CFO, Justin Garcia plays a pivotal role in achieving these objectives by overseeing the numerous financial functions of the business. His day-to-day responsibilities include oversight of all accounting and financial reporting, tax planning, budgeting, negotiating various agreements, and supervision over the financial operations. Prior to joining Physical Therapy Now Holdings, Justin has held other supervisory financial roles, working with several private nursing colleges, a real estate firm and an international accounting firm.

In addition to more than 25 years of accounting experience, Justin is a Florida Certified Public Accountant. He is a graduate of the University of Arizona, where he earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Business, majoring in Accounting and Finance. He also studied at the University of Florida and the University of Miami.
