Dr. Raquel Hill-Spranger offers Dry Needling to patients as part of their physical therapy, or as a standalone service. Dry needling can reduce tension, decrease inflammation and relieve pain.

Dr. Raquel Hill-Spranger is a licensed doctor of physical therapy with extensive experience in outpatient clinics. Prior to working in Palm Harbor, Dr. Raquel spent several years as an athletic trainer and lead physical therapist at a sports-based clinic in Miami. She is passionate about listening to each patient and seeing them make progress. Dr. Raquel is certified in and offers dry needling at PTNow, which is a treatment that can decrease muscle tightness, increase blood flow and reduce pain.
Dr. Michelle Jordaan is a licensed doctor pf physical therapy who has been helping patients in Pinellas County for the last five years. She has experience treating a variety of conditions in outpatient clinics, hospitals and skilled nursing facilities. Dr. Michelle is a proud graduate of the DPT program at Nova Southeastern University. She also earned bachelors degrees at FSU and University of Queensland in Australia. Dr. Michelle is originally from South Africa.
Jason Cohn is the chiropractor at Physical Therapy Now Palm Harbor. Dr. Jason was raised in Clearwater and has been helping patients in Pinellas County for the last ten years. He obtained his doctorate of chiropractic degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Port Orange, Florida. He combines effective chiropractic adjustments with therapeutic techniques and modalities to achieve optimal results for his patients.
Celeste Thompson is a licensed physical therapist assistant who has been treating patients at PTNow since 2022. Celeste has previously worked in outpatient therapy settings and is passionate about providing high-quality care to her patients. Celeste also holds a sports performance coaching certificate and is a CrossFit coach in the Tampa Bay area.
Tamara Riveros has been a licensed physical therapist assistant for eight years. She has extensive experience treating patients at outpatient clinics in Pinellas County. Tamara is fluent in Spanish and provides effective manual therapy techniques and strengthening exercises to her patients. She has been a part of the PTNow team since 2022.
Lillian Schlesak is the office manager at Physical Therapy Now Palm Harbor. Lillian has worked in medical offices since 2020, and she has more than 20 years of experience in retail management. She graduated from Aurora University with a double major in psychology and sociology. Lillian loves helping physical therapy patients and walks them through the intake, insurance and scheduling process. She handles all front desk operations at PTNow Palm Harbor.
Jennifer Cohn is the practice manager at Physical Therapy Now Palm Harbor. She is passionate about making sure every patient has an excellent PT experience. Jennifer is a Pinellas County native and obtained her bachelor’s degree in communication from the University of Central Florida. She has been overseeing the successful operations of PTNow Palm Harbor since it opened in the summer of 2020.
